Isodan Topical Desensitizing Gel Now you can offer long term relief from dental hypersensitivity. ITEM CODE 01-S0100 Isodan is clinically proven safe and effective for treating hypersensitivity. It can be applied during: mylolyses, root exposure, cervical erosion, descaling, surfacing, periodontal surgery, whitening, cavity or peripheral preparation on living tooth, and prior to restoration procedures. THE ISODAN FORMULA Potassium Nitrate: instant coagulation of proteins of the tubules and prevents movement of the intratubular fluid. Sodium Fluoride: suppresses production of caries and reinforces enamel/dentine calcic barrier. HEMA: maintains the decalcified dentine in a spongy state. Antidesquamative Agent: antimicrobial agent. CLINICAL PROCEDURE 1 Isolate the tooth/teeth to be treated with cotton pledglets. 2 Carefully dry the surface of the lesions to be treated. 3 Place a drop of the product in a small jar or dish. 4 Take a small quantity with one of the mini brushes supplied. 5 Apply the product in a thin layer. 6 Spread it gently with an air jet. 7 Repeat the application two or three times until shiny surface is obtained. 8 Advise patient to avoid acid foods, drink, and brushing of treated area for at least 24 hours. 5 6 7

IF THE SYMPTOMS PERSIST, REPEAT THE TREATMENT AFTER A WEEK.

Safeguards and precautions in use• Irritant to the eyes and skin. May lead to sensitivy of the skin

following contact. Do not allow the product to come into contact with the eyes or skin. In the event of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Avoid brushing the treated area for 24 hours.• Avoid all acid food or drinks for 24 hours.
