FOREWORD Keeping in view the changing requirements of Human Resource Development through

training, all our efforts are being made to impart training to Railway employees by Technical

Training Centre, BLW, Varanasi.

Training needs as identified by various AU in-charges as per Para 3.4 of QHSEP-

Training, has been incorporated in Annual Training Calendar 2021-22.

All AU in-charges are requested to ensure release of staff for training at TTC so

that training needs as identified by them are fulfilled.

Main Activities of TTC

In-house & outside Institutional training for BLW staff

Initial training for newly recruited supervisors, artisans (RRB, CG, Sports, Cultural &

through promotions of BLW).

Training of Probationers and Zonal Railways Officers, supervisors and staff.

Training of 1961 Act. Apprentices & Diploma/Degree Engineers.

Vocational Training for Under Graduate Engineering Students.

Kaushal Vikas (PMKV) training for local youth.

TTC regularly organizes Seminar / Conference Meeting in Auditorium Seminar
