Internship Experience of Chanchal Jain, Student of AICESR.

Hello everyone,

It was a great experience in Turkey. I was working with Pusula Akademi, Antakya, Turkey. It’s a

Private High School.

I am there as foreign language teacher. Because they don’t have English Medium School. English

subject they only have as a foreign language. I enjoyed a lot with students and staff, and learned and

experienced so many things. It was my pleasure to work with such big school.

Currently I’m working with ‘Damar Arikoglu ilkokulu , Adana , Turkey. It’s a government primary

school.

Students’ Reflection for Ashoka International Centre for Educational Studies and Research

If today someone asks me if I see myself an effective teacher, my answer would be, Yes. &

this confidence has instilled in me since the day the one I joined AICESR. My professors did not only orate

what it is to be a successful teacher but also practically presented themselves with all the qualities that a

successful teacher should possess. AICESR'S abundant exposure to real - life teaching experiences made

me my abilities more intense and proof.

As far as the administration is concerned, it never ever failed me to support all the times. I

have always received a prompt response, help and guidance. I must mention about the comfort that is

provided to a student AICESR's ambience. The educational amenities help in a great way to carry out our

tasks.

In conclusion, I would like say that, I consider myself extremely fortunate to have completed my degree. I

would advice all aspiring educator to have an amazing experience that one truly deserves.

Varsha Borse ,Alumni (2014-15 batch), CSW school, Rayong, Thailand

AICESR helped me to polish my teaching skills and enhance my creativity in teaching

learning process. We were also well groomed as a strong personality.

AICESR has taught me not only to be a excellent teacher but also to be a responsible and self

discipline citizen. My mentor Prof. Sarita Verma ma'am has always been my pillar of support during the

course as well as after the course. AICESR is the only B.Ed. college in Nasik which can make learning fun

and bring all round development in each and every student.

Prachi Bias, Alumni (2015-17 batch),

Presently working with Army Public School, Student Council Member of S.N.D.T Women’s University

Ashoka was one of the best parts of my life memories, and B.Ed. in Ashoka gave me a vibrant

phase of my life. It made me more confident and introduced me with my innervated capabilities. Thanks to

TEAM AICESR.

Sangeeta Samanta, Alumni, (2016-2018 batch),

Presently working with “Sarvankash Vidya Mandir (CBSE) School, Kasop, Ratnagiri.”

Having done B.Ed. from Ashoka has not only enhanced my skills and capabilities but it is

also given me a platform to showcase my talents. There are very minutes things about teaching which I

have learned during B.Ed. These skills are helping me a lot on A Professional front.

It has inculcated sense of discipline and punctuality. Doing internship in various schools has not only

given is exposure of other schools but has also developed a quality of interpersonal relationship. I have

learned cooperation, learned to be patients and tolerant too. It has taught me to voice my thoughts and act

accordingly. Reena Rai,

Alumni, (2016-18 batch, Former Student Council Member of S.N.D.T Women’s University.)

Being a part of Ashoka, I learned a lot. I explored my inner potential. It gave me

confidence and made me aware about my inner capabilities. Blessed to be an Ashokite.

Sheetal Shah,

Alumni (2016-18 batch), Presently working with Ashoka Universal School.

As the coaches in cricket never change the batting style of a player, so has AICESR been in

grooming me and all those who have been a part of it. Without changing who we are, AICESR has left no

stone unturned in polishing my existing skills and helping me develop the news ones. Each day has been a

new learning experience with 24/7 helping teachers, and also the non-teaching staff. The library is one of

the essentials of AICESR with a great collection of books. The internships and teaching experience

provided by AICESR had poured me in with a lot of ‘how a school functions' idea!

Colleges do play an important role to groom both personally and professionally, so did

A.I.C.E.S.R. The curriculum that is set by them helps you to identify your potential. Being a teacher,

languages are important for you. And more projects you do more efficient you will become.

Apart from the syllabus, the scope of an internship also matters a lot & the most important link for your

development is the teachers. "No subject is interesting or boring; it is the faculty who make them so". I

was blessed to have such a wonderful faculty. So you get a good teacher you are half groomed already.

Prena Ratwani,(2017-19 batch),

Our college A.I.C.E.S.R. is one of the best options to choose for

becoming teachers. If one wishes to pursue B.Ed. It gives us quality education as well as better

opportunity for grooming as an individual. The list of the activity, seminars, workshop etc are arranged in

such a way that it provides an additional quality in an individual, so according to me Ashoka is far more

better institution for perusing education.
