Puddings Fridge Cake (UK/South Africa)

• Ingredients– Can of Condensed Milk or Caramel– 2 Peppermint Aero Bars or other minted chocolate– 3 Sachets of Dream Topping (whipped desert mix made with milk)– Digestive Biscuits– Cold Milk

• Recipe– If you don’t have the caramel, boil the condensed milk (unopened) in a saucepan of hot water for 2 hrs. Do not boil dry.– Mix up the Dream Topping in a bowl– Add the Caramel – or the contents of the condensed milk can (boiling condensed milk turns it to caramel !)– Grate the Minted Chocolate and add most of it to the mixture – keeping back a little for the top– Mix everything up.– Line a deep glass dish or plastic tub with a single layer of Digestives– Spoon out a layer of mixture.– Add a second layer of biscuits– Spoon out the last of the mixture on top– Add the final gratings of chocolate– Then put in the fridge for 24 hours PRIOR to eating

This Cake is yummy. It lasts about 3-4 days in the fridge. You can use other biscuits, and could try it with orange chocolate and orange juice/zest for a different flavour, or Coconut or Lemon. Michelle H xx 2011

PuddingsVodka Jelly – (UK)

• Ingredients– Jelly Mix – any flavour– Vodka– Serving Bowl or Glasses

• Recipe– Mix up the Jelly with 1 part Vodka too 2 parts water. Make sure all the Jelly is

dissolved– Put in the Fridge for 24 hours to set. This is a cold pudding.

• Other InfoAdd Fruit to the bottom to make a difference, and eat responsibly. This is alchoholic !

Add shipped cream and fresh fruit to the top for an extra treat. Michelle H x 2011
