ACTION LEARNING PROCESS The Ac'on Learning process is powerful and simple at the same 'me. The sponsor presents a real and complex challenge to the team. Rather than trying to come up with the smartest solu'ons, the team, under the guidance of the Ac'on Learning coach, evaluates the challenge and its context from different angles. Not by proposing solu'ons, but by … asking ques'ons ! Benefits that develop and grow in the team over the series of Ac'on Learning sessions are:
• crea've and breakthrough solu'ons • commitment of the en're team to the solu'on • increased engagement and empowerment • real (ac've) listening • learning from each other • peer coaching and giving feedback
FORMAT Recommended format is a series of 4-‐5 sessions. Each session is ½ day, with 2-‐3 weeks in between. In between sessions, team members take ac'ons to validate ideas or to find out more informa'on about the challenge and the context. One team has maximum 8 team members. Sessions can be in English or Thai.
