Know about DIABETESGlucose/sugar:

Our body requires glucose for energy.

Nature has put such glucose in fruits,cereals,milk,honey,etc.and so if these

foods are consumed in their natural way, their fructose is easily digested when mixed with

saliva.Therefore,in order to PREVENT Diabetes, it is most necessary to chew every

bite at least 15 times

(as per natural rules it should be 32 times)

HOW DIABETES SETS IN?FIRST ROOT CAUSE:

In our body Pancreas,one of the endocrine glands,produces insulin and that digests the glucose/sugar from the food/drink we take.Such digested glucose mixed in the blood.Now when blood goes to the brain,there is a special process of manufacturing cerebrospinal fluid-an extract from the blood.During such extraction,glucose is also extracted and mixed with cerebrospinal fluid.It has been found that

100 ml of Cerebrospinal fluid contains:

Protein 15 to 45 mg

Glucose 40 to 50 mg

Chloride 7.2 to 7.5 mg

Cells 0.5 to 1 lymhhocytic,etc

In about 51/2 hours 125 ml of cebrospinal fluid is produced.i.e. about 545 ml of cebrospinal fluid and 200 to 250 ml of glucose is produced in 24 hours.Now this cerebrospinal fluid circulates in the body through the central nervous system and gives necessary energy created from glucose to the main functioning organs.

Now due to tension this process of extraxcting glucose from the blood is weakened or damaged ,and so instead of extracting all the glucose from the blood leaving only 75% to 1.2% glucose in the blood less glucose is extrated and the blood which goes back in circulation contains more glucose/sugar and increases the level of glucose and when blood is tested this unextracted glucose is found in such ,e.g.1.5 to 5% and even up to 6% in some cases.Thus when the level of glucose at the time of fasting test goes over 1.2% and remains so continuously for a long period,it is said that Diabetes has set in and the patient is called Diabetic.

SECOND ROOT CAUSE:

When more sugar is consumed regularly and Pancreas has to overwork for a longer period, this endocrine gland gets tired and works less, so less insulin is produced. Thus sugar/glucose is not properly digested and its level in the blood increases. This extra glucose in the blood is not being extracted in the brain and thus the level of sugar increases in the blood. When the level of sugar remains high in spite of pills for diabetes, the patient has to take injections of insulin.

THIRD ROOT CAUSE:When unnecessary heat increases in the body, it affects the Pancreas

resulting in less production of insulin leading to Diabetes.

ACCUPRESSURE FOR RELIEVING TENSION1)While the patient is lying on the back, bend all the toes

of both the legs backwards. This may hurt, but give little more pressure and bend these toes as much as possible. Repeat this three times till tension is cured.

2)Clasp your hands tightly, interlocking the fingers. Then with the left hand fingers press on the back of the right palm and then with the right hand fingers press on the back of the left palm. Repeat for about 1 to 2 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day.

3)Whenever possible lie down flat on the back relaxing all the muscles of the body-keep the eyes and mind closed for 15 minutes each time (shavasana) like a corpse. You will get much relief.

HOW TO ACTIVATE PANCREAS:

A)Give accupressure treatment-pressing intermittently not only on point no.25 of the Pancreas but also on the points of all the endocrine glands.

B)Drink 2 glasses of gold/silver/copper/iron charged water reduced from 4 glasses of water everyday.

(Charged water means-Boiling 4 glasses of water in gold/silver/copper/iron utensil till qunatity of water reduces to 2 glass)

of 2 years.But it is advised to prepare fresh & use it.

COOKING IN MUD POTS

Eating of food prepared in the pressure cookers is the root cause of the diabetic. Specially pressure

cookers made of aluminium metal are more dangerous. Immediately stop using the food

prepared in the pressure cookers. Open vessel cooking is the best.

(But never cook in aluminium vessels,bronz is best next you can use brass or steel utensils)

For best results start cooking in the mud pots. Mud has got the 18 micro nutrients which are very

essential for our health. Food prepared in mud pot has 100% nutrients whereas food prepared in pressure cooker has only 13% nutrients this
