Feedback from Managers across the business identified the areas within the business they would like a workshop delivered on.
GLT have approved a proposal for an IRT Management Toolbox Program to be developed and rolled out across the group in 2014

Who are the Facilitators?
The facilitators for these sessions are our subject matter experts (SME’s) and are current IRT employees.
The IRT SMEs will provide all the content and facilitate the interactive workshop sessions relevant to their area of expertise.
