Summer is the time to discover!

_

Summer Camp plays an important part in the lives of our communities’ youth. At a Y camp, kids make friends, have fun and stay active while discovering who they are and what they can achieve. Whatever

interest your child has, there is a Y camp for them. Led by caring, highly trained staff, you can rest assure that your child is in a safe, nurturing environment. Our camps help kids grow and become

healthy adults with the self-confidence to accomplish anything they set their minds to.

Commonly Asked Camp QuestionsHow Do I Register? Registration packets and Parent Handbooks are located in the lobby of the YMCA as well as online at www.northshoreymca.org. The YMCA of the North Shore offers several convenient ways to register for camps in 2012.

• Register in person at the Ipswich Family YMCA • Mail in your registration to the Ipswich Family YMCA,110 County Rd. Ipswich, MA 01938 • Register online at www.northshoreymca.org

Do I have to register for every week in advance? No, you can register your child week to week. Please be advised that some weeks do fill and may become closed. If you decide to register week to week, a full camp payment is due upon re-registration. If you know your child’s summer schedule and would like to register for multiple weeks in advance, a $50 deposit is due for each week you register for and weekly camp balances must be paid in full one week prior to child attending camp.

If my child has attended YMCA programs in the past, do I need to provide a registration packet and medical forms?Yes, registrations packets and medical forms must be updated annually. Registrations forms for 2012 are required one week prior to the start of the 2012 Y Summer Camp season.

When are camp payments due and where do I make payments?Camp registration closes the Friday prior to the start of the camp week. Camp payments must be made through the Camp Registrar and are due in full one week prior to child attending camp.

What is E-Pay?E-Pay is a hassle free way to make weekly camp payments. If you choose to use E-Pay, your weekly camp payment will be automatically taken out of the account of your choice the Friday prior to child attending camp.
