How to Calculate Your Refund Strategy


HELP!What does this mean?

Step 1. Are you fully paid or not? If you are fully paid, you are eligible for 85% refund of your paid booth fees.

For example: If you paid $2,000 for your booth, you will walk away with $1,700 and you have already received all of the promotion, and will continue to receive the promotion on the conference website, the IPMI magazine, Parking & Mobility, plus you will get a BASIC FREE booth on the virtual platform that stands in that platform for a full year. This is FREE exposure for up to a year. What you should know is that attendees have access to all of the education on that platform for up to a year as well.



HELP!What does this mean?

Step 2. If you aren’t fully paid, you are eligible for 70% refund of your paid booth fees. Technically, as part of the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when purchasing your booth, if you had not fully paid by a certain time (back in Jan or Feb), IPMI could have cancelled your booth without notice and issued zero refund. ☺

For example: If you paid $2,000 for your booth, you will walk away with $1,400 and you have already received all of the promotion, and will continue to receive the promotion on the conference website, the IPMI magazine, Parking & Mobility, plus you will get a BASIC FREE booth on the virtual platform that stands in that platform for up to a full year. This is FREEexposure for a year. What you should know is that attendees have access to all of the education on that platform for up to a year as well.



OR YOU COULD, UPGRADE: Now you have your refund – and no registrations and nothing fancy. And here we are in a year where face-to-face events have changed and we’re doing business differently. You could get 100% of your paid booth fees applied to a virtual booth if it is one of the upgraded options.

For example: If you paid $4,000 for your booth, and you decide to upgrade to a SILVER, you now get 100% credit towards that SILVER booth ($2,900) and would have $1,100 left over that you could opt for a refund or apply towards other sponsorship areas in the virtual environment.

Plus, don’t forget, you’re still receiving all of the promotion, and will continue to receive the promotion on the conferencewebsite, and the IPMI magazine, Parking & Mobility.

Remember, this booth and its content stand in this platform for up to an entire year like a virtual marketplace or online buyers guide.
