The INTERNATIONAL POWERLIFTING LEAGUE hereby awards a sanction to conduct a Powerlifting

meet, as described below. In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed upon by said Meet

Director that the IPL shall be free from liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to

anyone during the conduct of this meet.

It is further understood that all competitors will be registered with the IPL Brazil before being allowed to compete. Additionally, within 14 calendar days of the completion of the meet the following items must be submitted to the IPL World Office:
