It is to inform that the staff of Forest Department pertaining to Chittoor East, piler &Karvetinagar Ranges of Chittoor East Wildlife Division jurisdiction have seized approximately

22 Nos. of vehicles while they were being used in illicit transportation of Red Sanders materialwithout any valid permit and without Government transit marks. Such transportation of Red

Sanders material is an offence under A.P.Forest Act,l967; A.P. Red Sanders & Sandal Wood

Transit Rules,l969 & IPC. The Seized vehicles details attached in Forest Department officialwebsite (qq,rv. fbrests.ap. qov. in).

The owners of the above vehicles are requested to submit their representations either in

person or through their advocates along with relevant documents pertaining to the above vehicles

before the undersigned within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice duly explaining the

reasons as to why the above vehicles should not be confiscated to the state as per the Section 44

(2-A) of A.P.Forest Act,1967. If no representations are received within the stipulated time, the
