Overview
A simple way to have access to your (or, better yet, multiple) Instapaper libraries is to
export the account(s) contents to HTML and then store them in a Dropbox account
folder. Then, simply by sharing the link, you or anyone you send the link to can have
access to the library of materials.
Any web browser can be used for this process.
STEPS:
1. Access the Instapaper account through your web browser (not from the iPad).
2. Export the contents of the account to HTML (the option is provided down the page
on the left hand side.
a. Once exported, rename the default filename to something unique
“Instapaper: Export” to “TFI Instapaper Reference”.
3. Open the HTML file using Wordpad and complete the following:
a. Edit the Title to something
unique – this identifies the
Tab name when it is
opened in a browser. It
will appear as follows:
b. After the name is changed,
save the file.

4. Then, open the file in Word and generate a Table of Contents. This will appear
as follows:
Save the HTML file, or upload, as appropriate into the appropriate Dropbox
account directory (_01Instapaper Ref Files).
Sharing Your Library To share the library from Dropbox, you need to generate a “Shareable Link” to the file in Dropbox. Once
this is done, the file is accessible to anyone who has that link. Once a user receives the link, simply save
it as a bookmark in your web browser and no further work is necessary.
Important Note – The file name and link cannot change or the link will break. This is critical, since
anyone accessing the file through that link will lose it if it breaks! So as the file is published in the future,
simply save it over the existing file and use the same name. The link will remain.
Conclusion Done! Thank you….
