Equipos de prueba de arco oscilante IPX3IPX4

Introducción

El equipo de prueba de tubo de oscilación IPX3 IPX4 cumple, entre otras, las normas EN60529, EN60598- 1, EN60335- 1, EN60745- 1, GB4208 y GB7000.1.

Para establecer los parámetros de control: rango de oscilación, la velocidad, y el tiempo de prueba, se utiliza un controlador con pantalla táctil. El controlador y otros componentes de funcionamiento están encerrados en un armario de acero inoxidable.

Hay diversos tubos disponibles para satisfacer los diferentes tamaños de muestra. Estos tubos están hechos de acero inoxidable y vienen con boquillas que pueden ser cerradas. Esto permite que el mismo tubo pueda ser utilizado para IPX3 IPX4 y con un simple ajuste de algunos de los inyectores.

Los tubos oscilan hasta 180° a cada lado de la vertical. El grado de oscilación se puede establecer en el controlador de pantalla táctil a uno de los tres valores preestablecidos, 90°, 120°, o 180°, o puede ser seleccionado libremente.

Se incluye también una mesa de apoyo para la muestra. Se suministra con dos bases: una para perforado según IPX4 y otra perforada para IPX3. El apoyo está hecho de acero inoxidable y montado sobre ruedas para facilitar la maniobrabilidad. Los ajustes de altura van desde 855mm 1300mm

Los tubos oscilantes son fabricados con radios desde 200 mm a 1600 mm con una progresión de 200 mm.

El equipo de prueba del arco oscilante para ensayos de IPX3 e IPX4, es uno de los métodos utilizados para la prueba de la capacidad de protección contra el agua, de los recintos para artículos electrónicos que se espera sean expuestos a la lluvia o spray de agua. Esta prueba se utiliza para satisfacer los requisitos de IPX3 IPX4 y la norma EN60529. En la prueba que se describe en IPX3 IPX4 y con un tubo oscilante, la muestra se coloca en el punto central del semicírculo definido por el tubo oscilante. A continuación se le somete a una aspersión de agua a una presión definida a prueba de fugas.

El tubo oscilante tiene inyectores a lo largo de 120° del tubo para IPX3 y sobre 180°.para IPX4. Para IPX3 el tubo oscila a 60 °.a ambos lados de la vertical (120 º), mientras para IPX4 el tubo oscila través de un ángulo de casi 360° .La muestra tiene que ser colocada dentro de 200mm del tubo. Por esta razón son precisos diferentes tamaños de tubos para probar diferentes tamaños de especímenes

Application area

The Glow Wire Tester is designed to carry out fire hazard testing on electro technical products in accordance with the provisions of International standards. The control unit is supplied with all the controls and metering necessary to accurately set the temperature of the glow wire. The wire current is continuously variable by means of the panel mounted controller and is monitored by the built-in ammeter. A digital temperature indicator is fitted which, in conjunction with the thermocouple supplied, accurately measures the glow wire temperature.
