Invitation and Overview of Alphay International

My name is Scott Ohlgren. I am the Master Distributor for Alphay North America. After two years of preparation, we have officially launched Alphay in the United States.

Quick background: I am the author of three books on nutrition, an organic drink formulator and manufacturer with products in all Whole Foods stores in America, and

a promoter and educator of the world’s top most effective superfoods since the 1980s. The most pertinent piece, though, is that I’ve been a network marketer—with only one other company—since 1988. I became their 21st largest income earner out of a field

of 340,000 distributors and was the company's top national trainer. I wrote the training manual, created the training videos, and was the keynote speaker at a dozen annual conferences.

Why this matters: I have no interest in nutritional gimmicks, fads, or substandard second-rate

products. I go to great lengths to find and work only with the top premium superfood company in the field, the one that all others are measured by. When I say that I have found strongest longevity herbal formulas and opportunity of a lifetime, it means that I have done lengthy due diligence, spent personal resources, and feel the responsibility in bringing professionals over

Who is Alphay ?Alphay International is a 55-year old nutraceutical biotechnology company that is recognized in Asia as the leader in the research and development of organically-certified medicinal mushrooms. They are the world’s largest organic grower, manufacturer, and formulator of a specific mushroom known as Lingzhi.

That “world’s largest” is by a long shot: 75% of the planet’s entire production of lingzhi comes from Alphay farms. It is not this size, however, that makes Alphay impressive. It is that no one else has ever produced a more potent and effective lingzhi product.

Alphay is privately owned by a self-made billionaire named Chairman Hui Chen. Mr. Chen is a

second generation mycologist who as a child was taught by his father how to grow and harvest medicinal mushrooms. By his thirties, he had established the leading mycology and herbal research facilities in Asia. He now employs over 70 top scientists and mycologists in the

investigation of how medicinal mushrooms have such a beneficial impact on the human body. Alphay is well known in the global mycology world, and were host for the International Medicinal Mushroom Conference in 2009 and 2013 at their 75-acre Nantong campus. 

In 2003, after decades as the world's main manufacturer, grower, and supplier of Lingzhi, Alphay started its own network marketing branch in China, which grew to 300,000 distributors and 1.2 million consumers. After 11 years of success at this networking model, Chairman Hui Chen fulfilled a dream to move into western expansion by opening

up their first office in the North America.

ChecklistWhen I was first invited to meet Mr Chen and help launch North America, I had three important questions:

1. Were the products organically grown.

2. Were the products the most potent and best in the marketplace.

3. Was this a company that would last the rest of our lives.

I flew to Alphay's new Vancouver office and spent 3 days with Chairman Hui Chen, learning about their 50 years of building the world's largest suppliers of Lingzhi and other medicinal

mushrooms. I then flew to China to see Alphay's organic processes, their extraordinary size and strength (dozens of growing locations), and to meet with their scientists and

researchers, and hundreds of people involved in growing and manufacturing to hear firsthand how they process their mushrooms into the most potent formulas in the world.

Once back, I did further vetting and paid for US-based third-

party testing on Alphay's products through the two most respected analysis companies—Eurofins and Microbac—for bacteria, mold, yeast, aflatoxin, heavy metals (lead, cadmium,

mercury) and for pesticides and herbicides. The reports came back saying that in all parameters, these were "the cleanest possible" and "extraordinarily clean and free of contaminates."

So from all choices, why Alphay ?The crucial reasons that make Alphay the biggest opportunity of our lifetime:

✓ In a sense, Alphay currently has no competition. All popular US-based lingzhi manufacturers don’t actually use

Lingzhi mushroom in their Lingzhi products. They use instead lingzhi roots,

called mycelium.

✓ Why is mycelium so inferior?

✓ - mycelium contains only a fraction (or none) of the 400 constituents that make up the

healing qualities of found in the Lingzhi cap, the upper mushroom fruiting body.

✓ - All lingzhi studies are done on fully mature Lingzhi cap. It’s well known that the cap is

where the active ingredients are located. Not the root system.

✓ - Mycelium is grown in laboratories, in vats in a liquid medium, requires no dirt, no land,

no farming, and only 10 days. Fully mature lingzhi mushrooms require six months to

grow, hundreds of acres, and a lot of technology and expertise.

✓ - Alphay’s formula utilize only fully grown lingzhi cap. Not the stem, and certainly

not the mycelium. Each Lingzhi mushroom is hand picked from Alphay’s hundreds of

acres of farms. The stems are removed to within 2 centimeters of the cap, and then

both the stem and the mycelium are used as fertilizer for the next growing season.

✓ All Alphay fruiting body are then processed to increase their potency. Instead

of a 1:1 potency, each of Alphay’s formulas have a minimum of 12:1 potency in their extraction, with some as

high as 25:1.

✓ One of Alphay's missions is to correct the idea that herbs coming from China are of lesser quality than

elsewhere. Alphay is completely vertically integrated, so they own everything starting from the dirt, the farms,
