The Sandiganbayan, through the General Appropriations Act of 2017 and Continuing Appropriations for 2016, intends to apply the total sum of Fifteen Million Pesos Only (rhp 15,000,000.00) inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) (12%), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement ofTen (10) units Motor V,ehicle (SUV 4x2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Sandiganbayan Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the Procurement of Ten (10) units Motor Vehicle (SUV 4x2). Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar davs. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section H. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (lRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". (i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Sandiganbayan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 r.m., Monday to Friday from May 30, 2017 until 1:00 p.m. of June 27, 2017. 5. 1. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine GovernmentElectronic Procurement System (PhiIGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity.provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later thanthe submission of their bids.

6. The Sandiganbayan Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will hold a Pre-Bid Conferenceon June 13,2017, 2:00p.m. at the Office oftbe Budget and Finance Division ConferenceRoom, Ground Floor of the Sandiganbayan Centennial Building, CommonwealthAvenue cor. Batasan Rd., Ouezon City.

7. Bids must be duly received by the Ad Hoc BAC Secretariat at the address below on or beforeJune 27, 2017 at 1:30p.m. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of theacceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bid opening shall be on June 27, 2017 at 2:00p.m. at the Office ofthe Budget and FinanceDivision Conference Room, Ground Floor of the Sandiganbayan Centennial Building,Commonwealth Avenue cor. Batasan Rd., Ouezon City. Bids will be opened in thepresence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bidsshall not be accepted.

8. The Sandiganbayan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure ofbidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance withSection 41 of R.A. No. 9184 and its RIRR, without thereby incurring any liability to theaffected bidder or bidders.
