Our founder, Cathy Wilson, is a seasoned business leader with strong commercial

insight, a background in HR and Training and over 15 years’ experience leading fast,

innovative technology companies through significant growth and change including

mergers and acquisitions. Cathy has worked with businesses in FPGA design, medical

imaging software, digital surveillance, internet economy and personal healthcare. She

has led HR, Recruitment and L&D teams from inception through to global service

provision and has established several international offices across Asia, America and

Europe. Most recently Cathy was HRD at Skyscanner Limited throughout its growth

from 70 to over 650 people during which the company increased its revenue eight fold

and its user base from 5m UMV to 35m UMV. Skyscanner is now one of the worlds rare

unicorns, a business valued at over $1b before sale or floatation.

Cathy is available for Interim Management postings on a part or full time basis where a

company has yet to appoint a senior HR professional or where a programme requires

additional leadership.
