York, PA – October 4, 2018Investment Real Estate, LLC announces the sale of the Easton Public Storage for $1,105,000 to a private investor. Easton Public Storage is located on Sullivan Trail in Easton, Pennsylvania, Northampton County, which is in Northampton County and part of the Lehigh Valley.

The facility opened in 1997 and offers over 230 drive up and interior access storage units as well as more than 40 outdoor parking spaces. Easton Public Storage is comprised of 2.57 acres of commercial zoned land. The facility is located along the well-traveled Sullivan Trail with an estimated daily traffic count of 7,600 vehicles.
