19III- MEASURES TAKEN TO ENCOURAGE INVESTMENTS

To encourage and develop tourism in Cameroon, the state has put in place a legal framework for the development of tourism: this is the law no. 98/006 of 16th April 1998 relating to tourism activities.The facilitation of procedures to obtain license and authorizations in tourism related activities,Authorization of charter flights from all foreign destinations in case of groups,
