IRR (internal rate of return), compound annual rate of return, Pre- tax (non-taxable) 25 yrs

30% of all photovoltaic systems costs (materials & installation) will automatically be credited on the annual taxes (can be rolled over to next years taxes if a surplus credit)

TVA will award when the photovoltaic system is connected to the power grid.

We are not tax professionals. These tax laws are complex and there are many variables to take in to consideration. You will need to talk with your CPA to confirm the tax benefits that will work specifically for you and your business.

Environmental Benefits

235,650 lbs of burned coal (and the corresponding pollutants)37,971 lbs of fly ash waste (which contains heavy metals and low levels of radioactivity)

6,13616,661 lbs of S02 (which causes acid rain)

This Quote is good for 30 days

83.8% Derate factor for system efficiency

The primary benefits deal with the decreased fossil fuel (specifically coal) used to produce electricity. Over 25 years, this system is estimated to offset:

lbs of NOx (which creates smog)

Incentives and energy savings depend upon several factors that may not be represented in this analysis. Tax laws are complex (and subject to interpretation). A trusted tax professional should verify the figures provided. Simple Energy Works does not take responsibility for any future changes in tax law or other incentives.

This quote includes a complete installation of the PV system to current NEC code. It includes all permits and fees and assumes that the structure upon which we are mounting does not need any physical modifications. It includes all necessary equipment for the correct functioning of the PV system including the production meter. All hardware is stainless steel (to inhibit corrosion), and the rails are made of extruded aluminum. All equipment is UL listed and in new condition with warranties intact. It does not include any extra fees (if there are any) that your utility charges for interconnection or for a solar system “fee.”

3. $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the planning and design of this system.

6. The system will be installed within 60 days of receipt of the second payment.

8. All payments are due at final payment. 3% carrying charge per month for unpaid balances.

Signature (SimpleEnergyWorks)

1. All work shall be completed in a workman-like manner and in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws.

2. Contractor shall obtain all permits necessary for the work to be performed. The electrical permit is included. The cost of any other necessary permits to be obtained will be passed on to the Owner (ie city permit- if any).

4. Once the TVA/Distributor interconnect agreement is approved, the engineering reports are completed, and any other permissions have been obtained (ie. Architectural committee permits, etc.) the first payment of 70% is due within 7 days (this may be extended if we are waiting to hear the results of grant applications).

5. Integrator/Contractor shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond its control including strikes, harsh weather conditions, casualty or general unavailability of materials. In the case of unavailability of materials the integrator has the option to substitute materials of equal or better quality.

7. Final Payment (balance) is due once the system is installed and the PV system has passed the final electrical inspection.

9. Zuercher Electric will connect the solar photovoltaic system to the green meter.10. This PV system comes with a 25 year limited production warranty on the modules, a 25 year warranty on the inverters, and a 10 year warranty on workmanship.11. All disputes hereunder shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. As part of the agreement we ask that we have permission to photograph, video, and describe in detail your system installation. We also ask that we can invite the media to report on your system and that we can publish information on the internet, print, broadcast and other media.
