Inspection Process
Two Main Sites:
• Inspection Station
• Warehouse or Shipping Location
![Page 4: Inventory Flowcharts Page 6 By: Bereket Gebreselassie Vance Cable](https://reader036.vdocuments.site/reader036/viewer/2022083009/5697bf831a28abf838c86502/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)

rejected orders
Inspector begins process by examining products at the inspection station. After inspection, the inspector enters the results of the inspection into a file. A notice of rejected orders is printed from the updated file and the rejected orders are either returned to production floor for re-work or returned to the inspector for closer examination.
![Page 5: Inventory Flowcharts Page 6 By: Bereket Gebreselassie Vance Cable](https://reader036.vdocuments.site/reader036/viewer/2022083009/5697bf831a28abf838c86502/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)
The updated file is then entered into a database, permanently, under an open production entry. The database updates files and prints a status report for the operator.
