Two Main Sites:

• Warehouse or Shipping Location

Inspector begins process by examining products at the inspection station. After inspection, the inspector enters the results of the inspection into a file. A notice of rejected orders is printed from the updated file and the rejected orders are either returned to production floor for re-work or returned to the inspector for closer examination.

The updated file is then entered into a database, permanently, under an open production entry. The database updates files and prints a status report for the operator.
