AppointmentsBeing on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated both in consideration of our other guests and in order for you to receive your full service. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your appointment to complete our guest pre-treatment form and relax before your spa experience. DressNo wet swimwear to be worn in the spa. This must be removed before arriving for treatment.

Gift Certifi cates/CardsA spa gift certifi cate/card makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion or holiday. Gift certifi cates/cards are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-redeemable for cash.Please review all terms and conditions.

CancellationIf you need to make a cancellation or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any

service; a 48 hours’ notice is required for any spa package or booking of 6 or more. 100% of total treatment cost will be charged, if the required hours’ notice period is not given.

Late ArrivalPlease arrive in plenty of time to relax and enjoy the experience. If you are running late everyeffort will be made to honour your treatmenttime, but this may not always be possible.

Guest Pre Treatment FormBefore your service, you may be requiredto complete a guest pre-treatment formto safeguard your well-being, comfort,and allow us to safely deliver our servicesby minimalizing risk of injury.

Age RequirementNo treatment will be carried out without adult consent for anyone under the age of 18• 14 years of age plus can have nail,

eye and taster facial treatments with a signed waiver &accompanied by an adult.

• 16 to 17 year olds can havemassages with assigned waiver.

PregnancyStrictly no treatments to be given to anyonein the 1st trimester of pregnancy.

GratuityService charge is not included in yourtreatments; the best compliment youcould give to your therapist is agratuity. It is customary to give10% if happy withyour treatment.
