(1) The QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program membership is a one year agreement. From the date of signup (Annual Membership Date), your credit card or EFT account will be automatically charged the then-current rate for your monthly or annual membership, every month or year (depending on the plan purchased), until you cancel the Annual Auto-Renewal Service. The ProAdvisor Program membership has a 60-day money back guarantee. You will only receive a full refund for your membership if you cancel by calling (888) 250-7279 within 60 days from signup. Within 60 days, refunds will be processed to the credit card or EFT that we have on file for you. After the 60 day period has expired if you cancel you will not receive a full or partial refund for the unused portion/duration of your membership. If you elected to pay for the annual membership utilizing the monthly payment plan option, and you cancel your monthly payment plan after the 60 day period, the remaining balance of your monthly payments will be due upon cancellation. At this time, your Annual Auto-Renewal Service will also cancel and you will not automatically be billed in future months or years unless you rejoin the Program. Thirty (30) days before your Annual Membership Renewal Date, Intuit will notify you by email that your membership is up for renewal, and depending upon the payment option you selected (monthly plan or single-annual payment) you will be charged the then-current Renewal Membership fee to the credit card or EFT on file. (3) As a ProAdvisor you receive a discount of up to 20% off of the list price for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 13.0 and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Accountant 13.0. When you become a Certified Enterprise Solutions ProAdvisor you are eligible for an additional 5% discount off of the list price of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 13.0 and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Accountant 13.0. To be eligible for Enterprise Solutions certification, you must be an active ProAdvisor that has passed one of the three most current QuickBooks certifications. As an active Certified Enterprise Solutions ProAdvisor you may pass the up to 20% and the additional 5% savings on to your clients or your firm. (5) Special 12 months free offer starts the date you run your first payroll for yourself or your 1st client. Offer valid for new Intuit Online Payroll for Accounting Professionals customers only. Customers who participate in this offer will be billed for all clients other than the 1st client at the then current monthly subscription rate. The cost for one client (either for yourself or for your client) is $42.99 per month for up to 5 employees. Each additional employee over 5 is $1.50 per month. If you file taxes in more than one state, each additional state is $9 per month. Once you reach two clients, you pay the much lower wholesale price of $19.99. You may cancel at any time. Offer cannot be combined with any other Intuit Online Payroll offers.

(6) Your 12 months free trial period for Intuit Full Service Payroll begins when you submit your first payroll for yourself or one of your clients. After the first 12 months, you or your client will be charged automatically at the discounted rate of $75 per month; plus $2 per employee. You may cancel at any time by calling (866) 640-9987. Offer valid for new Intuit Full Service Payroll subscribers only and cannot be combined with other offers. Offer limited to 1 per accounting professional.
