IntroductionThis Validation Guide Checklist will allow applicants and agents to double check all necessary documentation has been submitted and provide commentary to the Council on why certain documentation has been omitted. This is especially relevant where you see this symbol:

This symbol indicates that the document may be required and should be submitted unless a suitable reason is given on the form, is not relevant, for example or the application does not impact X, Y, Z etc etc

This document should be completed with reference to the main SSDC Validation Guide (July 2020) which sets out the full requirements per application type.

By completing this form our validation staff will be able to register your application sooner.

Please complete the relevant section and feel free to delete all other sections.

Note for Agents submitting an application - This form and the clear instructions set out in the main SSDC Validation Guide allow us to explain to your client why a delay may have occurred if information has been omitted or is inaccurate.

The Neighbour Consultation form is at the end of this document and should be filled in for relevant application types.
