• Coordinates humanitarian road cargo movement with military escorts and shared recovery service along Main Supply Routes where it is a mandatory requirement.

• Provides humanitarian actors and the military with shared situational awareness of all road cargo movement each week – a common operating picture in the shared space of NE Nigeria.

• Builds a comprehensive and credible database of quantitative logistical information to inform reporting and for audit purposes.

Step 1 - Fill in the 'Consolidation' sheet –

one line for each planned movement. You

only need one workbook each week for all

your notification forms.

The information will automatically appear in the

'Template for Partners' sheet

Step 2 - Change the number in the red cell in

the upper right hand corner of the 'Template for

Partners' sheet to see the different planned

movements from the 'Consolidation' sheet

Step 3 - The form for special commodities

(Fuel, Fertilizer, Comms Equipment) must be

filled in separately for each move

Step 4 - Print 4 copies of each Template for

Partners sheet (i.e. 4 copies of each move), and

staple them together. For Special Commodities

please also print 4 copies and attach to each of

the 4 Template copies.

My Role:

1. Hard Copies x 4 go to HQ TC at 1400 Thursday for

stamped approval and collection at 1200 on

Saturday (HQ TC retain 1 x copy). HQ 7 Div at

1300 (retain 1 x copy). HQ Maiduguri Garrison at

1430 (retain 1 x copy), where escort plan is then

developed and Weekly Dispatch Plan finalised.

2. E-Copy is integrated into Weekly Dispatch Plan,

adjusted according to military and NURTW

escort/recovery service availability, and

circulated as final edition on Saturday pm.
