Introduction to the guide
Dear friends
This guide is first and foremost a tool that I hope will serve you well.
Included, as you will see, are fashion tips and little tricks, for women(and
yes, men too) that will either improve or simply inform you about what
any wardrobe should have in order for the following question to no longer
arise(or practically no more): "What am I going to wear?”.
Finally, as this guide helps you, I hope it also inspires you to create your
own style. For style, as we know, must come from within. But sometimes we
need a helping hand.
Sincerely
Your personal stylist
Jackie M.

Style lesson
"Fashion fades, only style remains. -Coco Chanel"
A. Introduction
Our style, in principle, evolves over time. Of course, a little instinct, flair and imagination
do not harm. But the most important in the creation of a style, of our own, requires only a
prerequisite:
⚫The knowledge of oneself, of what suits us, of what highlights us.
There has to be a balance between what we are and what we want to express through
our clothes (and by extension, our accessories). Finally, a good trick to better define our
personal style is to take inspiration from models like actresses, well-known models, and so
on. When we see what we like about them, we can better understand our tastes.
To have style is also to show a great independence in the fashion that surrounds
us.Our style must come from us.
To establish our personal style, we must therefore evaluate our lifestyle, and
thus avoid an imbalance between the contents of our wardrobe and our lifestyle. This
avoids unnecessary purchases.
The identification of our clothing needs is based on our answers to basic questions such as:
⚫How long do I spend at work, at home, in social activities?

B. Style Exercise
Once our lifestyle is clearly established, we do the following exercise:
Take the circle below and divide it into spikes. Each tip corresponds to the percentage equivalent to the time spent during a typical week in different outfits. According to our lifestyle, the clothes found in our wardrobe must be classified into three categories (work, casual, dressed).
Once the exercise is complete, we must now look at whether the percentage of clothingwe have in each of the three categories is the estimated percentage of time we wear it.
In short, the secret of a successful wardrobe is to remember to possess clothes matched with our professional, social and recreational commitments.

b. Give the clothes that are too big or too small
c. Discard the damaged clothes
3. Try, retouch
Among the clothes that you decided to keep, rework them, refresh them question to
bring them up to date
4. Make your shopping list
On a sheet or tablet, list the missing essentials fromm your wardrobe like a white
blouse or a black skirt, and add them to your existing clothes and accessories.
5. Organize your closet according to the 3 basic rules
a. Place your clothes by categories: work, casual and dressed

How To Lose 5 Pounds Without Diet
Here are some foolproof fashion stuff to look thinner (and big) instantly.
1. Adopt delicate stripes at the pants
This ensures longer legs.
2. The size of the prints should respect your proportions.
On a skirt or trousers, the large prints bring out a wider silhouette. Keep the wider prints
for the top. A smaller print on dark pants are better for the bottom.
3. Define your waistline
Adopt a wrap dress or wrap-around sweater, for example to refine the waist.
4. A-line is for everybody.
Choose a high waist flared skirt to effectively camouflage your love handles. Skirts with
hemlines that stop just below the knee are always more flattering. In addition, it lengthens the
silhouette.
5. Prefer adjusted silhouettes, not tight or oversized ones.
The ultra-classic blouse worn inside the pants or skirt, with two detached buttons and a
fitted vest over it is a recommended look. It refines the waist and lengthens the torso. Forget
the oversized clothes and the boxy ones that weigh heavily on the silhouette.
6. Prefer high-waisted.
The high waist has a "slimming" effect. Opt for a flared leg pant in most cases. If you can
or want to wear "skinny" pants, make sure it is high-waisted. This avoids the “muffin top”
effect.
7. Dare to wear accessories
Tie your waist a wide belt decorated with a jewel loop, for example. The empire waist also
diverts the attention from the hips too strong and gives more volume to a smaller bust.
6
8.Prefer materials that fall well
Cotton and tweed are the preferred materials. Fabrics such as silk and velvet can create
unflattering folds.
9. Give height to your legs
Wear a boot and skirt of the same shade of color. The same goes for the shoes.
10. Pay attention to the proportion of your accessories
The size of your accessories should be proportional to your silhouette otherwise they will
get lost. For example, if you have stronger curves, avoid anything that is mini (belt, handbag,
etc.). If you are taller, avoid the accessories that might weigh you down.
