> Hydraulic Hand Pumps. ( W, X)Hand Pump range of products, the “W” range is for single acting cylinders. These pumps are compact, lightweight and portable, and they can operate horizontally or vertically, with the pump headdownwards.For higher oil capacity cylinders, and also for applications where the cylinder piston must move rapidly, it is highly recom-mended the use of two speed pumps.The pump’s oil capacity must be enough to feed the corresponding cylinders and hoses.These pumps are supplied with an internal pressure relief valve, and connection thread is female 3/8”-18 NPT.The “X” range of Hand Pumps is for use with double acting cylinders, and systems, so these pumps are supplied with 4way 2 outlet valve.We provide the pumps with an internal pressure relief valve for overload protection, and the hose connection is made bymeans of a 3/8”-18 NPT threads. Two-speed operation for high tonnage cylinders where oil capacity and fast economicalcycle times are needed.

Las bombas “X” se utilizan para cilindros de Doble Efecto. Para ello disponen de una válvula integrada de 2 salidas.También cuentan con una válvula limitadora de presión y las tomas de manguera se realizan a través de sendas roscas 3/8”-18 NPT. Todas disponen de 2 velocidadespara mejorar las prestaciones con cilindros de alto tonelaje y gran recorrido.

They can be used both horizontally or vertically, and they can be operated by the use of the foot valve, or with aremote control pendant in the case of the remote version.We provide models for Single acting and Double Acting. These pumps develop 700 bar of oil pressure with only 7bar air pressure. Equipped with internal security valve to protect from overloads.The pedal acts as distributor, by pumping the oil to the cylinder making the advance movement or return move-ment, pushing “PUMP” or “RELEASE” respectively. In stand-by the pump maintains the pressure.

With several tank capacities (2,1 - 4 litres) also are available with remote control and periodic or continuous using models with directional valves 4/3 C.A. or4/2 for double acting cylinders.

TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT PUMPELEGIR LA BOMBA CORRECTA

AUSWAHL DER PUMPE

1- Select the right cylinder, having in mind the recommended use of 80 % of its nominal rating of

both load and stroke.

2- Select the pump according to the oil volume and the number of cylinders in operation.

NOTE: We must add 35 cm3 of oil per meter of hose we use.

3- Use the chart below as a guide; we presume the use of one cylinder only, for several cylinders

add up the oil capacities.

In order to choose theright pump, follow theselection mode:

> The Tilting Saddles (AZ04) are highly recom-mended for side loads. They avoid the possiblewearing of the cylinder. These saddles, admit 55º inclination, and are available for the follo-wing cylinder series: SM, SX, SMP, ST, SMA, SSR,D, DDR.

The Hollow Saddles (AZ05) are used in hollowpiston cylinders, especially in extraction opera-tions and as support. These saddles can beplain, threaded or solid. The cylinder seriesthat can admit these kinds of saddles are: SH,SHA and DH.
