INTRODUCTION We manufacture Multiple Effect Evaporators, Crystallizers, Basket Centrifuges, Pusher Centrifuges and other chemical equipments as per your needs. Our evaporators are highly energy efficient and reliable from the operational point of view. Multiple effect evaporators consume less amount of energy for evaporating the effluent than any other type of evaporators, thereby saves energy. We design, fabricate, erect and commission the evaporators as per our client requirements. As every client/industry differ in their requirements, our product is a tailor made one to suit the individual needs. The material of construction, number of effects, forward feed or reverse feed, liquid to be handled, availability of heat energy such as electric, steam or thermic fluid etc, every single aspect needs due consideration before selecting an evaporator. For effluent treatment where ever the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) norms of Pollution Control Board (PCB) have to be met, the only choice is to go for the multiple effect evaporators followed by Crystallizers. Here the main object to reduce the outflow from the effluent treatment plant and recover water and salt in pure form in order to reuse it in the process. OUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE Evaporators are used for purification of polluted water in effluent

treatment. They are usually used to get pure water out of high TDS RO rejects,

where RO plant cannot work. While purifying the polluted water the evaporators are capable of

separating dissolved salts in solid form. Above said processes suites the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) norms

of Pollution Control Board (PCB). In food industry evaporators are used for removing water from fruit

pulps. For milk, evaporators are used for making condensed milk before

spray drying. Sodium Sulphate is used in the dyeing industry as a dye-dispersing agent. It can be recovered and reused in the process from the concentrate outlet of the evaporator. For this purpose we have installed Sodium Sulphate crystallizers based on steam jet refrigeration in Tirupur and Perunduari textile units. We are capable of design & commission free flow salt industries from start to finish. The plants designed and commissioned by us are doing very well. We are committed to do better service by providing tailor made solutions for your effluent treatment needs.

CRYSTALLIZERS APPLICATIONS For achieving Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) in Effluent treatment

plants.

In processes industries evaporators are used for removing solvent from the solutions.

In food industry evaporators are used to concentrate milk, sugar cane juice, dates syrup, fruit pulps such as mango, tamarin, tomato etc.,

SKID MOUNTED EVAPORATORS

Only minimum piping is required, such as

input and output connections, hence saves time

and energy.

ADIABATIC CHILLER For Textile dyeing industries using

Adiabatic Chilling process, continuous

recovery of Glauber’s salt is made

possible from dye bath effluent.

Recovered salt will be used in the dyeing

process.

PUSHER CENTRIFUGES Used for separation of solids such as salt crystals from their mother liquor in continuous fashion with high output capacity. This machine is well suited for filtrations of crystalline salts such as sodium chloride, sodium sulphate, glauber salt, ferrous sulphate, magnesium sulphate etc.,

BAG LIFTING CENTRIFUGES Used for separating the suspended liquid contained particles also fibers, like plasters, bluestone, potassium chloride, borax, dyestuffs, pesticides, salts, gourmet powders, foodstuff additives, chemical powders, antibiotics, vitamins, the metals like copper, zinc and aluminum, metal products, sludge and waste water treatment.
