Mihir Kapadia – CEO/Director Mihir’s career spans 14 years in Investment Banking specialising in Global financial equities & convertibles as well as in Asian and Eastern European Markets. He was the Founder-CEO of a London based Investment Bank with Global Brokerage, Corporate Finance and Asset Management operations in London where he led an investment advisory team. Since starting Sun Global Investments in 2008, he has overseen the growth of the firm from London to Dubai & New York & now manages over USD 500 Million of Assets.

George Jatania – Co-Chairman Cosmetics tycoon, Chair of Lornamead and Honorary Chair of the Citywealth Shanghai Delhi Club for wealthy Asians and high society British; George has turned his attention towards different start-up ventures in recent years such as Millionaires Choice a members only website targeting the ultra high net worth jet set from across the globe offering them access to the best of the best and his current partnership with Sunglobal Investments.

Suresh Jain – Director A chartered accountant by profession; he has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets and Financial Services industry. He has successfully set up Networth Stock Broking Limited, a listed company in retail and corporate broking and Sun Capital Advisory Services Pvt. Limited, a boutique financial services company in India.

Ramakant Nayak – Director Former Chairman and CEO of Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd; he has over 40 years experience in commercial banking at a senior level. A very focussed leader with a proven record of turning around underperforming entities into profitable units.

David Robertson – Non-Executive Director David Robertson has over 30 years’ business experience across a wide range of sectors. He has held senior positions in leisure and fitness (LA Fitness), appliance rental (Boxclever and Granada), and provided consultancy to specialist Government regulated recruitment firms. He was a founding partner of Carr-Michael Consulting Ltd a specialist Growth Management company formed in 2007. He launched his own business, Helicopter Business Coaching in 2009 and works mainly in recruitment and immigration consultancy and business development projects in the SME sector.

Sanjiv Shah – Investment Advisor Sanjiv has over 25 years experience in the financial sector. He has worked for Bank of England, FSA, Paribas Capital Markets Group and Lazard Brothers & Co. He also co-founded India Value Investments Limited (INVIL) which is an India centric long-only fund that has proved to be a very successful long term investment.

Raj Kothari – Trader Raj has an extensive background in Trading and Institutional Sales specializing in Fixed Income Bonds and Convertibles. He has a Masters degree in International Marketing from UWIC, with over 7 years of experience in trading various instruments including GDR’s / ADR’s / Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and Fixed Income Products. He has an Emerging Markets background and has significant knowledge across different asset classes.

Arjun Kapur– Corporate Finance An experienced investment banker, he has worked on over 100 M&A and capital markets transactions over the last 15 years. These transactions have involved corporate as well as financial sponsor clients across a range of deal sizes, industry sectors and geographies. Transactions advised on have included acquisitions, mergers, disposals, public-to-privates, leveraged recapitalizations, flotation’s and rights issues.

Udit Garg – Relationship Manager Udit Garg has worked in the financial services industry for over 16 years. He started his career in a family business in Delhi before moving to Mumbai where he worked in the Health Insurance space and then with Citibank India. Udit moved to London in 2009 with Client Associates, a leading Indian Multi-Family Office and led their London operations until 2011. Udit is a Relationship Manager and is Head of the Private Client Business at Sun Global Investments.

Harsh Kamani – Principal representative – Middle East / AfricaHarsh is an experienced Finance Professional based in the Middle East . He has significant knowledge of the region & relationships across the Investment community. He has worked in several segments of Financial services across Stock Broking, Asset Management & Allocation for Private Clients & Institutions. He has been instrumental in starting our Middle Eastern and Africa operations based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Dubai and is currently the principal representative of our Dubai office. He covers the GCC , MENA region Africa and South Asia / India regions.

Suresh Shetty – Investment Advisor Suresh joined Sun Global after 12 years experience in Trading and Investment Advisory across all asset classes. He has been keenly involved in identifying, formulation and executing arbitrage and other investment strategies on equities and equity-linked products.
