• We score each of the ML/AI Projects we review on a 5 point scale: 5: Highly Likely to Succeed 4: Very Likely to Succeed 3: Reasonable Chance of Success 2: Serious Barriers to Success 1: Fundamentally Flawed
Our Recommenda7ons • are independent and unbiased. • will identify key risks to the project’s success, along with
potential mitigants. • will include advice regarding what needs to be in place. • may include recommendations to leverage third party
services, from whom we will never accept referral fees without our client’s permission.
Packages We offer two packages Consulting Package: • Charged on time and materials.
Primer & Project package: • 1-hr webinar on AI & ML best practice with your project stakeholders. • Video Interviews with Project Owners about their project. • Project Score delivered in 10 business days followed by 30 min
debrief discussing recommendations. • Review with Project Owners after 2 months.
Pricing • Consulting Package:
– £XXX per ½ day. – 25% discount for pre-purchasing 10 working days at a time.
• Primer & Project Package: – £XXXX for primer and one project – £XXX per additional project
• All pricing is 25% higher for in-person visits in London, or to be agreed for visits outside of London.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT or any applicable sales tax
