The IntelliAcc loyalty solution is designed to be adapted to any business environment. We are also able to do integration with existing Point of Sale systems if the Point of Sale system has a loyalty module

Our solution is based in the Cloud which makes it possible to operate a loyalty system for a group of stores with a wide geographic spread

How does it work?

The implementation and management of a loyalty programme is not just about “func-tionality” (Ie. Can the system do it?) but must ensure that a seamless registration and redemption process is in place to provide an enhanced customer experience.

The customer must be able to determine their points balance withoutintervention by the staff in-store. A loyalty programme with a bad customer interface WILL do more harm than good as customers are quickly irritated when they have to complete forms to register.

Without an automated solution, the administrative burden can beunmanageable and can result in customer dissatisfaction. The IntelliAcc system does away with the need to employ a full time staff member to attend to the cumbersome task of capturing registrations and the allocation of cards.

A customer signs up on a terminal. Male customers love this and they are usually a difficult group to reach if you expect them to complete a form. Approximately 45% of our existing members are male. The customer receives his/her card immediately and commences earning points and discounts immediately. This is infinitely prefer-able to a manual process which requires the customer to complete an application form, after which they have a 24 - 48 hour waiting period before collecting their card. It also ensures that you never have unhappy customers arriving to collect cards which haven’t arrived.

Customer information is automatically uploaded to a central database making it possible to run multiple stores on the same loyalty system. The data is backed up centrally on our servers at Internet Solutions.

Customers have the ability to monitor their points on a web site or on the in-store terminal without any staff intervention.

You, the retailer can communicate directly with your customer base via SMS and email, making it a powerful direct marketing tool.

Abbreviated Terms & Conditions (Full Terms & Conditions are in the Agreement)• IntelliAcc will be responsible for the installation and operation of the software on the store’s server. • IntelliAcc will reinstall the software free of charge should the server be re-installed. • IntelliAcc will continue to improve the application and will publish new releases of the application on the App Store. • IntelliAcc will provide a Help Desk between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (emergency support available after hours). • IntelliAcc shall not be responsible for the operation of the Wi-Fi in the store.• IntelliAcc shall not be responsible for any information processed & finalized on Sigma as a result of the use of the IntelliX.• The normal 12 month warranty on the iPad supplied, shall be underwritten by the supplier of the device to IntelliAcc. A two year extended warranty is available through the iStore at R 299.00 covering the iPad for 2 incidents with a service fee of R 500.00 per incident. • This is only available while the iStore offer the extended warrenty. Price is subject to change. • Both IntelliAcc & the Store must provide 1 months notice should they wish to cancel the agreement. • All support will be done remotely and IntelliAcc will not visit the store.• Training will be included in a manual & video. • IntelliAcc will from time to time run training courses at all the SPAR DC’s. Attendance will be free. • No training will be provided at the store. • A 72 hour replacement period will apply should IntelliAcc be responsible for the replacement of the iPad. • All repairs & maintenance to the iPad not within warranty shall be the responsibility of the store. • The store will use all endeavours to assist IntelliAcc with the logistics to have an iPad under warranty repaired or replaced including taking it to a repair centre arranged by IntelliAcc within a 50km radius of the store. All other collections & deliveries will be done via courier for the account of the store. • A consultant will help the Store telephonically to set the device up.•
