• Oversees the development and maintenance of the ONIX for Books standard in the U.S. market

• Acts as a forum for its members to discuss current issues and best practices in ONIX and metadata for both senders and receivers

• ONIX 3.0 Implementation Working Group develops tools to assist the US book industry's transition from ONIX 2.1 to ONIX 3.0
