TruClose Financial Services, LLC was founded in 9/2005 by Jason C. Sheppard. As sole owner, Jason had spent numerous years in key positions developing some of the better known title and settlement services industry leaders’ business models. Within each company, Jason always felt that something was missing. The human relationship.
TruClose puts service first and only hires team members who truly care about the client. You will never see turnover at TruClose.
During normal business hours of 9:00 AM EST to 9:00 PM PST, you should never receive voicemail. If you do receive voicemail, you should receive a return call in no greater than 10 minutes as any voicemail left is immediately forwarded to all members of the appropriate department via email.

As you now know, TruClose Financial Services is a title insurance provider, settlement�services provider, appraisal services provider, and a lead generation company. We have�roughly 50 web sites generating on average 7,500 rate quote requests and full applications per�month. When you are an active TruClose Financial Services client for title insurance and�settlement services, you’ll have the chance to purchase these leads at extremely low costs.�
It's simple. TruClose does not make money unless our clients are ordering title and we are�closing loans as a title company. We are not a mortgage company, nor are we a mortgage bro-�ker so we can not order title ourselves. Therefore, in a sense, we are giving you the title to�order, you just have to sell the loan.
