• Create a Bar or Column chart
• Select all the data series you want to replace with pictures
• Select Insert Picture From File…

Formatting the Picture
• Select the series containing the picture
• Select Format button on the Chart toolbar
• Push the Fill Effect… button in the Format window
• Select the appropriate format option under the Picture tab in the Fill Effect window
