Lucky Penny Luck Penny is quickly becoming a wellknown name in Ohios regional hip hopmusic scene. With singles like LuckyPenny and Pick it up taking over col-lege radio this past year there is muchanticipation surrounding Lucks upcom-ing release Penny Candy. Luck Penny(born Charles Penny) established himselfas a viable talent in 2003 with his selfreleased debut On My Own.
