ITINERARy... Day 1 Barcelona See great works of art in the
Picasso Museum, head to the waterfront for a seaside paella, soak
up the festive vibe on a stroll down Las Ramblas, or catch the
funicular to Montjuic for sweeping views of the city - Barcelona
offers something for every taste. Day 2 Pamplona For centuries
Pamplona has served as both a military stronghold and an
important point on the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage trail.
Get familiar with this city on an orientation walk. Meander down
winding alleys and step inside ornate cathedrals - the Gothic
cathedral here is one of the most important religious buildings in
Spain. Days 3-4 San Sebastian With its beautiful Old Town, a
lively beach scene and a plethora of pintxos bars, San Sebastian
is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Why not take a walk to
the top of Mt Urgull for memorable views over the town below, or
catch the bus to Bilbao to be awed by Frank Gehry’s architectural
masterpiece, the Guggenheim. Days 5-6 Logrono Travel to this
northern Spanish town, noted for its delicious Rioja wine. Drop
by the wine museum to learn more about this region’s famous
tipple, then take time to visit the cathedral or to enjoy a leisurely
stroll along the river. Days 7-8 Madrid Arrive in a city overflowing
with world-class art galleries, atmospheric city squares, manicured
parks and gardens and heaving nightclubs and bars. Make time
to celebrate the end of this Spanish adventure by visiting one of
Madrid’s lively neighbourhoods. Try tapas, sample some local wine
and quickly discover why this is one of Spain’s most loved cities.

or grab lunch and head to Parc de la Ciutadella. Days 2-3
Pyrenees Head into the great outdoors. Take a cogwheel train
into the Nuria Valley, then stretch legs on a hike in the picturesque
Pyrenees. Day 4 Carcassonne Enjoy an afternoon exploring
this beautiful, fortified French city. Be sure to catch an incredible
sunset over Carcassonne’s medieval walls. Days 5-6 Provence
Discover landscapes that inspired Van Gogh and admire Gothic
architecture on a stay in Provence. Explore medieval villages and
be sure to indulge in some of the delicious food and wine of this
famed region. Days 7-8 Nice Board a train to the jewel of the
French Riviera. There’s plenty of time here to relax and explore

Cinque Terre Weaving past olive groves and vineyards, the
walking trail that links these five hillside villages offers breathtaking
views over a stunning stretch of coast. Walk the entire path or catch
a train between the towns. Days 11-12 Florence/Pisa Travel to
Pisa to marvel at its famous tower. Be sure to take time to admire
the Baptistry and Duomo here too. Continue on to Florence, a
haven for art lovers and the perfect place to learn about some of
history’s greatest artists. Day 13 Siena Home to an abundance
of churches, museums and public spaces, there’s plenty to see in
enchanting Siena. Visit Piazza del Campo, the historic centre of
Siena and the home of the Il Palio horse race. Days 14-15 Rome
Step back in time at the Colosseum and admire the Pantheon.
