1 VALLEY OF FLOWERSThe Valley of Flowers is a region in the far west of the Hima-layas. This district has its name because of the hundreds of mountain flowers. The huge fields on the mountain slopes are covered with color, and the views are with a blue sky very beautiful.

2 MLJET NATIONAL PARKThe Mljet National Park is on the island of Mljet in the south of Croatia. You do not visit the island for its high mountains, the highest peak is only 514 meters high. The national park is beautiful, and over 90% of the park is covered with forest. Through a narrow passage, the two lakes on the island are connected to the Adriatic Sea.

3 Rondane National Park

There are many reasons to think of visiting the Rondane National Park. But the best reason has to be the reindeer. You will find here hundreds of them and even bears would sometimes show up here. It is the most eastern area where the reindeer in Norway occurs, and most of the park is rocky.

Gijs visited the Etosha National Park in Namibia, a vast region with a lot of salt.

For a small fee you can visit the park, and unfortunately you can not leave your

car. In a fenced area in the middle you can perfectly see the wild animals.

4 TWELVE APOSTLESThe Twelve Apostles are giant rocks off the coast of Austral-ia. They are in the area near Port Campbell National Park in the south of the country. They were created by ero-sion, and will therefore disap-pear. There is a possibility to use a helicopter to fly over the area, and this is also the best way to see the natural phe-nomenon.

5MIKUMI NATIONAL PARKMikumi National Park is a park in Tanzania, the park covers about 3230 kilom-eters, making it the fourth largest national park in Tanzania. Unfortunately for this region the park is not the most touristic of the country. This makes sure that the region and the park stay intact.
