Shopping cart software:

a way to let your Web shoppers select the products theywant, preview the sale amounts, delete items they change

their minds about, enter in their payment and shippinginformation, and then cancel the order completely. (OK,hopefully they won't do that last part.) Some major sets of EDI standards:

The UN-recommended UN/EDIFACT is the onlyinternational standard and is predominant outside of NorthAmerica.

The US standard ANSI ASC X12 (X12) is predominant inNorth America.

The TRADACOMS standard developed by the ANA(Article Numbering Association now known as GS1) is

predominant in the UK retail industry. The ODETTE standard used within the European

automotive industry
