Anitha D Chetty & Associates specializes in Business Rescue and compromises in terms of the New Companies Act. The Companies Act has introduced a major shift from the point of liquidating a financially distressed company towards rescuing it via the life-line of “Business Rescue”.

South African companies that are in financial distress or trade in an insolvent circumstance in South Africa now, in terms of the New Companies Act, have an opportunity to rearrange and restructure.
