Family Life Influence“After having my first child, my view on how much time is spent in the workplace has DRASTICALLY changed. Right now, I would love to have an opportunity to only work part-time so that I could enjoy seeing my daughter grow up and teaching her things. That is also why I wanted to move into the healthcare industry, where the organization’s mission is to care for people. I wanted to work for an organization that had caring people working there.”
