2014 Intertribal Circle of Caring & Sharing Training Conference

The Intertribal Circle of Caring & Sharing conference brings together early child care providers, head start providers, tribal leaders, direct service practitioners, supervisors, program managers, policy makers, administrators, and advocates who serve Indian children and families to increase their knowledge and skills in order to help cultivate strong Indian children and families in our communities.Some topics to be addressed are:

Training Areas

The conference will provide training topics that are important and relevant to the delivery of early childhood practice and programs. Each year the conference planning committee identifies current professional development training areas to be addressed in the conference workshops and keynote/general sessions. Listed below are training areas to be featured at this year’s conference.

- Classroom Curriculum & Activities- Administration & Personnel Development- Cultural Infusion in Child Care- Health and Safety

- Community Partnerships- Special Needs Children- Arts, Sciences and Math- Child/Human Development

Hotel Information

We are happy to announce that the Prescott Resort and Conference Center will be this year’s host hotel. The Prescott Resort and Conference Center is located on the in Prescott, Arizona at 1500 State Route 69, Prescott, AZ 86301.
