MietbedingungenDer Mietbetrag oder ein Depotbetrag wird vom Mieter im Voraus bezahlt oder er hinterlässt eine entsprechende Garantie. Der Mieter bestätigt, die Mietausrüs-tung in einwandfreiem Zustand entgegengenommen zu haben. Bei Rückgabe der Mietausrüstung nach 10 Uhr, wird der ganze Tag berechnet. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 1 Tag. Abnützungsschäden, die durch den üblichen Gebrauch entstehen gehen zu Lasten des Vermieters. Für Schäden an der Mietausrüstung, die durch unsorgfältigen Gebrauch entstehen, haftet der Mieter. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet eine Bruch- und Diebstahlversicherung. Im Schadenfall muss der Mieter einen Polizeibericht vorweisen. Mietskis sind mit einer geprüften Sicherheitsbindung versehen. Der Mieter nimmt zur Kenntnis, dass mit der individuellen Bindungs-einstellung nicht jedes Unfallrisiko ausgeschlossen werden kann. Die Skibindung wird gemäss den Angaben des Kunden vorschriftsgemäss eingestellt.

General rental terms and conditionsThe client must pay the rental charge or a deposit in advance, or produce a suf-ficient warranty. The renter confirms having received rental equipment that is in perfect condition. If the equipment rented is returned after 10 a.m., a whole day’s rent will be due. The minimum rental period is 1 day. The rental company will cover normal wear and tear of the equipment. The renter is liable for damage ensuing from careless use of the rental equipment. The rental charge includes loss and theft insurance. In the case of loss or theft a police report is required. The rental skis are equipped with tested security bindings. The renter accepts that even with individually adjusted bindings, not every risk of accident can be excluded. The bin-dings are carefully adjusted according to the renter’s specific needs.
