INTERNSHIPThe Crowded House internship is a year long programme that o�ers a unique opportunity in which both your character and skills will be developed in preparation for a lifetime of christian service.

WHOThe internship will most benefit those that seek to;

• grow in personal development and discipleship • improve personal skills • enlarge personal vision

WHATYou may be placed with our congregations in She�eld, Loughborough or Borough-bridge, this will shape some of the details of your year. The internship will consist of three elements, all within the context of everyday gospel ministry:

Finally training in the realities of gospel ministry. Your internship will be embedded in one of our life groups. These are a group of people committed to living life on life, together on mission.

Our internships usually last a year, but can be extended.

CoreThe core programme will involve weekly duties and experiences. For example;

Training

SpecialismAll our interns are involved in one or two of the following specialisms:

AdministrationRotas, finances, organising, communicatingChildrenPreparing resources, developing material, Sunday & toddler groups, WordTim Chester’s research assistant - proofreading, summarising, researching, formattingEvangelismEvangelistic courses, first contact, meeting with unbeleivers, pre-evangelistic activityCross-Cultural MinistryWelcoming, evangelising, befriending & discipling internationalsEstate MinistryWorking to reach people from deprived backgroundsPioneer Church PlantingInvolvement in the life and mission of a new church plant.Corporate WorshipPrepare for Sunday gatherings, creating slides, contributing to music.
