Creating the Pre-Summary Statement Bodies

Critiques will be ordered by assignment priority (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Reader, Discussant, Unassigned) with one blank line between critiques.

The first line will contain application number<space>PI last name, PI first name.

Each critique will begin with “Critique (#)” heading where # represents the number of the critique (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.).

If critiques for Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary are missing, pre-Summary Statement body will still contain “Critique” heading with 4 blank lines.

If critiques for Readers, Discussants or Unassigned are missing, “Critique” heading or 4 blank lines will not be included.

32

Creating the Pre-Summary Statement Bodies

for Multi-project Applications

Critiques for subprojects should be included in the parent application pre-summary statement body.

Subprojects should be sorted using the order specified in the Order of Review (in the IMPAC II Peer Review Module).

SRA/GTAs will need to renumber their Order of Review before the pre-summary statement bodies are created.

Within each subproject, critiques will be sorted using the standard order of Primary, Secondary, etc.
