Since she joined the Quality School Improvement Project (QSIP) based at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1998, she has been providing professional on-site support to teachers from over 400 secondary schools and primary schools to enhance curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment. Before she joined QSIP, she had worked at the Civil Service Training and Development Institute as a human resources development consultant for 8 years.
