INTRODUCTIONThe MIP International Women’s Leadership Forum is returningfor a second year. It will focus on IP developments throughoutEurope and the rest of the world. It will also provide anopportunity for women in IP to hear from thought leaders onsubjects such as: the state of the Unified Patent Court;strategies to avoid infringement especially in emergingmarkets; trademarks and copyright issues; and the increasingrisk surrounding online brand protection and security.
