Dear Friends,

Soy Conclave 2017 was a roaring success with participation by over 600 delegates from all over India and abroad. The Conclave provided an excellent platform for interaction, networking and knowledge sharing, mixed with fun and frolic. The Conclave, in many ways reflected the Hon'ble Prime Minister's idea of “सबका साथ सबका िवकास”. Post the conclave, the edible oil sector, particularly, the soy sector has seen historic policy changes having far reaching and long term consequences for the industry and trade. To carry forward the notion of "Togetherness And Development For All". SOPA will be organizing the International Soy Conclave 2018 on 6th and 7th October, 2018 at the Brilliant Convention Centre, Scheme No. 78, Vijay Nagar, Indore. The theme of the conclave is “सव िहताय सव सखाय” reflecting our mission of working together for the ुbenefit of all. Soybean plays a major role in the global oilseed economy, having 59% share of total oilseed production. It is equally important for India, contributing to around 35% of our oilseed production. The Soy Conclave 2018 will provide an excellent opportunity for networking and developing business relations with the participants from all over the world. It will also give a platform to discuss all aspects of this industry and trade and make strategies for future growth.

Additionally, leaders in the poultry and feed industry will attend the event and this will offer an opportunity to do real business.

Authentic soybean crop estimates based on an extensive crop survey undertaken by SOPA teams and a price outlook session by experts will be one of the highlights of the Conclave. In addition, there will be presentations by experts on other subjects, including government policies, demand and supply, hedging through futures trading and other tools for making profit. We expect that the Soy Conclave will have over 500 delegates from India and abroad including representatives from trade and industry, scientists, technologists, farmers and experts in commodity business.

A colourful souvenir with a treasure of information and an exhibition of products and services related to soy and oil industry will be other attractions of the Conclave. Details and forms are given in the inserts.

We have great pleasure in inviting you to attend the International Soy Conclave 2018. Tentative programme, details of the conclave, souvenir and exhibition, along with the registration/ booking forms are attached. We look forward to your support and participation to make the Conclave a grand success.
