    This Notice contains important information concerning your rights under the Fair LaborStandards Act ("FLSA"), as a result of your current or former employment on a U.S.-flaggedvessel by International Shipping Partners, Inc.("ISP), based in Miami, Florida. A lawsuit hasbeen filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, MiamiDivision, by Jhon Moreno, Nelson Hernandez, Irvinson Perez, Clovis Po mare, and CesarCollantes against ISP and Voyager Owner LLC. The case is known as Jhon Moreno, et al v.International Shipping Partners, Inc., et ai, Case No. IO-2l233-civ-MartinezlBrown.

    1. Description of the Lawsuit. The Plaintiffs claim that during one or more weeksof their employment by the Defendants, they worked more hours than they were compensated forand they are legally entitled to additional compensation, including additional overtimecompensation. The Plaintiffs have allege that the Defendants do not maintain contemporaneoustime records and that the Plaintiffs were paid only a predetermined contract rate that does notreflect the hours they actually worked. The Plaintiffs have brought this lawsuit to recover theadditional compensation they claim they are owed.

    The Defendants deny that they violated the FLSA and that the Plaintiffs are entitled toany additional compensation.

    The Court has taken no position regarding the merits of the Plaintiffs' claims andallegations, or ofthe Defendants' defenses.

    2. Your Right to Participate in this Lawsuit. If you worked as a contractemployee or seamen for International Shipping Partners, Inc. at any time since April 19, 2007,and you believe that you were or are entitled to compensation for time worked which was notpaid, or for overtime compensation which was not paid, you may make a claim to recover thatcompensation and, potentially, double damages and the costs and attorney's fees ofthe suit.

    You may make a claim by signing the form entitled "Notice of Consent," which ISattached to this Notice and which is also available online at www.sarelson.com. The Notice ofConsent must be mailed to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida

    4. Effect of Joining or Not Joining this Lawsnit. If you sign and mail the Noticeof Consent to the Court, you will be bound by any judgment of the Court or settlement in thiscase, whether it is favorable or unfavorable to you. While the suit is proceeding, you may berequired to provide information or testify concerning the matters at issue.

    This Notice is only for the purpose ofdetermining the identity of hose persons who wishto be invo lved in this case. There is no assurance at this time that the Court will grant any reliefat all and no assurance, if he Court grants relief, of the nature or amount of hat relief
