About the Program

The International Relations Program (IRP) at Parahyangan University in Bandung, West Java, is widely regarded as the best in the country. Its lecturers, who hold doctoral degrees from Australia, Europe and the United States as well as Indonesia, are highly qualified and experienced as both teachers and researchers.

Students undertaking the IRP through ACICIS will gain an Asian perspective on the world and its affairs whilst developing critical and analytical skills. The IRP is offered to both Indonesian and international students, thus facilitating cross-cultural academic and social exchange.

The IRP will use English as the medium of instruction and therefore offers a unique opportunity for non-Indonesian speakers to study in-country.

What is involved?

» Pre-departure support to help orientate participants;

» 3-day orientation program;

» Small class sizes to ensure high academic standards;

» Certificate of Achievement and formal academic transcript in International Relations on successful completion of the semester; and

» A professional placement at a local organisation.
