International dical & Engineering Summer School 10-22 July, 2011 www.tcd.ie/bioengineering An opportunity for Bachelor medical and engineering students to live, learn and participate in an intense and rewarding academic environment for two weeks in Trinity College Dublin and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Course run by ESEM, the European Society for Engineering and Medicine. Thanks to a grant of the Erasmus IP programme, 75% of your travel costs will be refunded. You will be offered subsidised student accommodation. Students will learn about teamwork with medical and technical students via collaborative projects. Students participate in advanced lectures and discussions on key topics. World renowned professors will be available throughout the two weeks to give informal advice and insight into the increasing importance of engineering in medicine and healthcare.
