5. BADGES AND INVITATIONS

During the fair, all participants and stand personnel are obliged to havebadges. Each participant receives free badges, according to the declareddemand – Form A1.

Fair participants can obtain badges from the receptionon on the fair preparation day.

Each participant – exhibitor, receives 20 free invitations for his contractors(they will be sent by regular mail).

1. Applicants, who send participation application are obliged to pay at

the same time an advance of 50% of gross price resulting from all of

the fair forms, to the LZD bank account.

The remaining due, resulting from the forms, is to be paid after obtaining the final invoice, but not later than 14 days before the beginning of the fair.

Lack of the advance payment withholds the realisation of orders included in the fair forms.

2. Applicants, who will pay the whole amount of price for their ordered

exhibition surface (stated in A1 form) until 30.05.2017 are entitled to

receive 10% discount (with relation to the ordered surface).

The remaining due, resulting from the forms, is to be paid after obtaining the final invoice, but not later than 14 days before the beginning of the fair.

3. Applicants, who will send the fair application after 30.05.2017 are

obliged to pay at the same time an advance of 70% of gross price

resulting from all of the fair forms, without the right to the discount

mentioned in point 2. The remaining due, resulting from the forms, is to be paid after obtaining the final invoice, but not later than 14 days before the beginning of the fair.

5. In matter when different subject than declared as exhibitor is payer, it is necessary to annex payer’s declaration about acceptation every obligation witch origins in a result of participation in fair. It is necessary to annex exhibitor’s declaration about taking over these obligation in matter when due is not regulated.

6. There are net prices in the forms. While invoicing, there will be 23% VAT added.

Discount are being counted from net price, with relation to the ordered surface (without build upon).

Additional presentation space dedicated to machine presentation in motion, will be separated taking into account the type of presentation. The order2 2

of presentation space is only possible by exhibitors ordering indoors space (±20m ) or outdoors (±50m ) – Form A1.The dependence of presentation space on the ordered indoors or outdoors exhibition space is shown in the table below.
